FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

⮩ From 10Am – 12Midnight.

⮩ Fill out the Registration form with your information on the “My Account” page, then click “Register” to create your account.

⮩ Go to the “Shop” page, choose the items that you want  to order and proceed to checkout.

⮩ Fill-in your informations (double check your shipping address), choose your payment method and follow the instructions on the invoice sent to your email.

⮩ After completing your order, it will be shipped the next business day using CANADA POST and SIGNATURE REQUIRED.                                                                                                  NOTE: Simply specify “NO SIGNATURE” in your order notes if you don’t want signature to be required on your order.

⮩ Shipping cut off is 11AM. If your order is placed by 11AM it will be shipped that day.

⮩ Orders do not process or ship Friday after 11am PST until Monday morning. Canada post does not move packages during weekends.

⮩ If you do not wish your package to be shipped with signature, please specify this in your order notes.                                                                                                                                     NOTE:  “no signature” will make any refund for a package that shows delivered but not received – difficult to reimburse.

⮩ Tracking will be automatically sent to the email you provided when your order is completed.

⮩ Shipping times are roughly 2-3 days to the East Coast using XpressPost.

⮩ If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed and paid for, please contact us immediately through livechat or email at [email protected]

⮩ If your order has not yet been posted, we will do our best to meet your request; however, this may cause a delay in shipping.

⮩ E-transfer is an accepted method of payment. On the CHECKOUT screen after completing you will come to the ETRANSFER PAYMENT screen.

⮩ Please follow the instructions carefully and do not include anything in the etransfer notes related to cannabis or ONLYGAS.

⮩ Cash in mail is available for QP or orders beyond the total amount of $400.

⮩ Package your money discretely, vacuum sealed is ideal, in a small Canada Post box. Ship with Canada Post. 

⮩ When your payment is received, your order will be shipped.

⮩  We are currently unable to accept ANY returns on our products. Hopefully, we will be able to change this in the future for the benefit of our customers.

⮩  If there are any complaints or issues with an order, we will handle them individually and find a solution. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credits.

Our quality and grading system is based on price. We find it hard to grade individual strains since it is subjective.

 

Rough grading will be as follows:
